One of our top selling items is a Bruschetta we happened upon pretty much by accident. (If you’ve been in the store lately, you may have taken a “taste drive” and know that it’s to die for.) We got a shipment of Turkish sun dried tomatoes by mistake, and instead of sending them back, Chef Luis decided to do something creative. The results were remarkable (Folks are taking it back to the city by the bucket!).
